Night & Sports Mouth Guards

Night guards are dental appliances worn at night to prevent the wear and tear of subconscious grinding (bruxism). They also reposition the jaw to reduce stress on facial and neck muscles, a common treatment for TMJ disorders.

Signs you may benefit from a night guard include grinding or clenching your teeth, stiff jaw muscles, frequent headaches or neck pain, clicking or popping when opening your mouth, jaw pain when eating or yawning, or noticing your teeth no longer touch when you bite.
