CDCP accepted at High River Dental.

The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) is a federal program that helps cover the cost of dental care for eligible Canadian residents who don't have private dental insurance. We're proud to be a participating provider so our High River neighbours can receive the care they need.

If you're approved for the CDCP, Sun Life will send you a welcome package with your member card and coverage start date. Bring your card to your appointment and we'll bill Sun Life directly — you only pay any co-payment based on your adjusted family net income.

Not sure if you qualify? Eligibility is determined by the Government of Canada based on your tax return. Application details are available on the Government of Canada website.
